The DCCC Red to Blue Campaign is our chance to make a real impact in California and across the nation. Several key districts in our state have been identified as prime opportunities to flip from Republican to Democratic control, and we’re so close. These seats were won with the slimmest of margins, and with the right support, we can turn them blue.

Here are the California districts we’re focusing on:

• CA-13: Adam Gray (D) lost by just 0.4% in 2022. This seat is so winnable. Includes parts of Merced, Madera, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin counties. Key cities are Merced, Modesto, and Madera.

• CA-22: Rudy Salas (D) is up against David Valadao (R), who only won by 3%. This district is centered around Kern, Tulare, and Kings counties. Key cities include Bakersfield, Hanford, and Delano.

• CA-27: George Whitesides (D) is challenging Mike Garcia (R), a key seat that’s ready to flip. Located in northern Los Angeles County, it includes cities such as Santa Clarita, Lancaster, and Palmdale.

• CA-41: Will Rollins (D) lost to Ken Calvert (R) by 4.6%, but this time we’re coming back stronger. This district spans Riverside County, covering areas like Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Hemet, and Corona.

• CA-45: Derek Tran (D) is running against Michelle Steel (R), and with just a 4.8% gap last time, we can turn this one around. Covers parts of Orange County, including Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Westminster.

• CA-47: Dave Min (D) is aiming to hold this seat, formerly represented by Katie Porter (D), and keep it blue. Includes parts of Orange County, with key cities such as Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach.

These are all winnable races, and we’re fighting for more than just a seat at the table—we’re fighting for reproductive rights, healthcare, economic opportunity, and so much more.
